Our Pilates & Bodywork Classes
Pilates is a series of exercises that helps improve posture, stabilizes the pelvis, increase flexibility and strengthen the core. Pilates is designed to help prevent and heal injuries. This class will focus on muscle isolation, with exercises that are used to target the weaker muscles affected by the imbalances in your body. Classes are offered on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Mondays of the month at 5:30 pm. First class is a trial to see if it works for you. After that, classes are $10. Feel free to bring your own mat and a friend!
